Mass Effect 2 is an action role-playing game developed by BioWare Edmonton, with assistance from BioWare Montreal, and published by Electronic Arts and it is the sequel to highly popular game Mass Effect, and was released for PC and Xbox 360. One has to give credit to the developers of this game Bioware as this game not just stands toe-to-toe with its predecessor, but jumps way ahead of it in various aspects.
The plot picks up quite soon after the events of the first Mass Effect as humanity is once again under attack from a mysterious, insect-like foe named the Collectors, Collect humans. When the galaxy’s apparent protectors, the Council, fails to address the growing threat, our hero Commander Shepard joins forces with the seedy Cerberus organization in an attempt to thwart this ancient foe.

This game is an improvement almost every aspect of the original game, with the exception of one tiny aspect; the final battle which I did not like that much as the Finale always has to be the best. Mass Effect 2 sees BioWare’s approach to the role playing genre evolve beyond anything they’ve worked on previously and is unlike and other third person shooter game out there, this gives us a glimpse of how both RPGs and shooters will begin to merge in the years ahead of us, In the end i would just like to encourage everyone to just try this game atlease once in order to see what i am talking about
