Has been a rumor now for more than three years that the concept of Apple’s tablet style laptop is something that many of us computer geeks beginners. It has been a complete dream computer. Modbook from Axiotron has now made its debut. This is a day in waiting for everyone. Over the last three years we have been waiting for this tablet laptops and it was really something to shout about. The Modbook is not official Macintosh computer.

Axiotron produces this computer and run MacOS X. Until now, this is the only game around for tablet laptops operate on the MacOS platform. These tablet laptops have great popularity among designers, students and anyone looking for lightweight and portability of a tablet PC and Apple’s suite of programs for creative efforts. But for most people, it might be just a good toy to have. Modbook has a remarkable design. This computer is not manufactured by Apple but this company is not much justice.

Axiotron has really lost it myself! Beautiful chrome finish top of a double layer of nickel and copper plating. A casing made of magnesium alloy is similar to what is used in aircraft. Portable computer is durable and built to last. There is a satin finish but in the next few months will mirror chrome finish is available. This will meet the needs of those who should have a shiny computer.

Durability factor extends beyond the casing. The iSight camera and the screen is protected by Axiotron’s ForceGlass that makes scratches and more durable. This score remarkable points when you compare it with a closed plastic LCD screen. It is usually found in portable computers. Cover and the screen is also very clear and bright. This is caused by the anti-reflective coating on the bottom of the screen and the acid treatment on the outside of the reduced sparkle and the effect of glare.

All this comes in a slim package and attractive. So, now get a Modbook Tablet Mac is a smart thing. This is a modified Apple MacBook that does have a touch screen but no keyboard. It is also equipped with WiFi. This tablet looks very slick but, as yet, no price has been announced.
