NBA fans will be happy to hear the NBA 2K11 is already released. This article will be reviewing one of the most anticipated games of the year from a top sports-based game developer EA Sports.
I’ve been playing NBA games since I was a teenager. From Sega’s NBA 98 up this date, I’ve never missed a release of this popular game series. I have witnessed the improvement of this game from graphics and audio to game play.
When I first saw this game, I was literally shocked. Supreme graphics that would make you feel like watching a real game. The crowd having their own behavior, the highly-defined movements of the players, and the voice of the commentator, made me felt that the game was real.
Packed with all the popular game modes offered from previous releases, 2K11 took basketball gaming to another level. This is definitely one of the finest releases of the decade-long series.
One of the most interesting features for me is the capability to play online with other players. Unfortunately, there are still problems related to connectivity like the delay and disconnection. However, these problems are inevitable since playing online can never be perfect. The delays could affect the way you play games and a second could cause you to lose the whole game. This is the most frustrating part for me.
Over all, I would give this game an average of, 4.7 out of 5 stars, 4.8 out of 5 stars for the game play, 5 out of 5 stars for the video and audio, and 4 out of 5 for the connectivity. If you are looking for a game that you can play with your family and friends this holiday season, this game is definitely one of the best options for you. NBA 2K11 will not only keep you entertained this Christmas, but for the whole 2011.
