Resident Evil: Afterlife is an upcoming 2010 science fiction action horror film. It is the fourth installment in the series of film adaptations based on the Capcom survival horror series Resident Evil. The film will be directed and produced by Paul Anderson and is to be released on August 27, 2010. It will be the first film in the series to be released in 3-D.
In a world ravaged by a virus infection, turning its victims into the Undead, Alice continues on her journey to find survivors and lead them to safety. Her deadly battle with the Umbrella Corporation reaches new heights, but Alice gets some unexpected help from an old friend. A new lead that promises a safe haven from the Undead leads them to Los Angeles, but when they arrive the city is overrun by thousands of Undead and Alice and her comrades are about to step into a deadly trap.
Resident Evil Afterlife is an upcoming 3D science fiction action horror film written and directed by Paul W. S. Anderson. Main actors and characters includes Milla Jovovich, Ali Larter, Wentworth Miller (Prison Break star), Kim Coates, Spencer Locke, Boris Kodjoe and Shawn Roberts.
